We perform a very thorough interview process which includes an in-depth personal interview, technical testing and sound reference checks on all candidates.

Guarantee

If for any reason a hire from maconit® doesn't work out in the first 90 days, we will provide a replacement at no additional fee.

Flexibility

Depending on your needs, we can provide a staffing solution to custom fit your company. We provide direct hire staffing (fee based and contract), contract to hire and consulting services.
