Steps To Access Online Accounts (Participant)
- Go to the Benefit Advantage Home Page (http://www.benefitadvantage.com)
- Select the Customer Log In link in the lower left hand corner
- Under the Online Account Access header, select the Participant Log In link
- You will be brought to a log in screen below.
- The User ID for the first time you log in will be your Social Security Number (SSN) and the Password will be the last four digits. If the Password was previously changed, please use that as your Password.
- After the initial sign on, you will be directed to update your contact information (see image below). Please verify your address information and enter your Email Address.
- Once we have your email address on file, you will then use that as your User ID to sign onto the FLEX Participant web site. Also, you will no longer be able to use your SSN to sign on.
- If you forget your Password at anytime and we have your Email Address on file, you can click the link to retrieve your Password information.
Menu Item Descriptions
- ACCOUNT INFO
- Account History - This will list the following information for current plan
year and previous plan year; Annual Election, YTD Contributions, YTD
payments, Remaining Balance, Claims, and payments with check date and
amount.
- Online Enrollment - This will be available to you during Open
Enrollment if your Employer allows you to enroll online. You can also
review which Plans are available to you.
- My Debit Card Info - Redirects you to http://www.mybenny.com You
can activate your card and view claim history.
- PERSONAL INFO
- Change My Password: Allows you to change your password for access
to the FLEX Participant web site.
- Change My Address: Allows you to change your address information to
update our system including your email address if that is changed.
Account History
The Account History will give you an overview of the all the Plans that you are enrolled
in, as well as, a summary and detail breakdown of the information within your account.
- Section 1 – The first section is a summary of the Plan that you are enrolled in (multiple plans may be displayed depending on your enrollments).
- Section 2 – The second section is a detailed breakdown of the transactions within the respective plan. The plan header will dictate which plan the detail belongs to.
The detail will show you ALL of the payments within our system outside of credits. Please refer to the summary section for accurate Balance information.
